Teachers should be paid according to how much their students learn. What is your opinion?

Undoubtedly, education has become a controversial discussion among parents who have children studying in private or public education systems. Nowadays, certain people believed that
teachers
must be paid according to
students
' development. So, in my mind,
this
would be a mistake and professors must be an example of professionalism. In fact, society has been living in an interconnected world where people are being in touch with many folks around the globe, and usually compare their conditions to another one. According to my experience,
teachers
in Brazil have worked at least two shifts to provide a good income.
Additionally
, most of them have been facing dangerous situations working in the poorest areas. To add, according to an article, around 70% of
teachers
who work in a public system usually commute from one school to another by bus, and unfortunately, the government doesn't support them with public facilities. So, in my opinion, professors should be an exemplo for all humanity and be paid as a doctor ad lawer,
for instance
.
In particular
,
teachers
usually work around the clock to develop abilities and a sense of humanity for their
students
, and even if their will become wonderful professionals in the future, fewer of them recognise it and appreciate all goodness these
teachers
made in their lives. Still talking about my experience in Brazil, my mother has spent around 35 years teaching kids from several places, and she used to provide food and clothes for those
students
who have no conditions for going to school fed and dressed up. End up, one day I asked my oldest daughter which professional she thinks
to be

more important to humanity, and she quickly said, doctor. Well, in fact, they are extremely important,
moreover
, how taught everything to them since they were only a little kid like you? Indeed, we must show our kids, society, adults, and so, who really need to be paid well. I keep my opinion, and for me,
teachers
should be well paid no matter how
students
are going on.
