Prison is the best punishment fro the criminals. Discuss both veiws

As far as I can judge, Nowadays, offence and delinquency have

 ,even , in most countries capital penalty. Itself evident majority of people believe that the penalty should focus more on rehabilitation

 of prolonging terms . On the one hand , I must admit that inmates who have harmed other people physically and mentally should not be in the penitentiary .
In addition
for instance

crimes

 as vandalism or tax evasion , I agree we should make prisoners repay the victim or society with an appropriate
punishment
 .
Therefore
 another option that needs to be found in the troubles is the alternative community,

 ,not a holiday camp or place where murderers can get a degree in psychology at the taxpayers' expense. In my opinion, the government should be controlled the majority of
