Dear sir, I am writing
this
 letter with regard to the problems with the state transport services that residents of Model Town are countering for a long time.
Firstly
, the local buses do not run according to their schedule.
Secondly
, a few times they do not stop at their respective stops.
Lastly
, the staff employed in the government buses are not polite enough they are very rude in their talking. Many times in past
also
 residents have raised issues with the local authorities, but nothing much was not done about it.
As a result
 , people use other means to reach their destination and they charge more money than normal.
Furthermore
, due to the paucity of transport ,vehicles locals often get late for their work. In the end, I would like to give a few suggestions like make sure that the local buses run on time and they stop at their assigned points and ask the staff to behave properly with the commuters. Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
