Some scientists think that there are intelligent life forms on other planets and messages should be sent to contact them. Other scientists think it is a bad idea and would be dangerous. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Several scientists believe that there are different
forms
of
life
on other
planets
in the universe and that messages should be sent to communicate with them.
However
, other scientists think
that is
not a good idea to do so due to the fact that it is perilous to humankind. Personally, I agree that we should be able to contact
life
forms
that are not on
Earth
. On the one hand, scientists still do not know anything about
forms
of
life
on other
planets
. Those
life
forms
might have unpredictable actions that can destroy
life
on
Earth
.
For example
, they may invade our own planet, ruin a substantial number of properties and maybe attack mankind.
On the other hand
, communicating with the
life
forms
that are on different
planets
might help deal with some of the problems on
Earth
. They might have the right skills or powers to tackle some issues on
Earth
that have existed for a long time.
For instance
, water pollution has been one of the most concerning matters for a long amount of time.
However
, with the help of the creatures on other
planets
, we might be able to solve
this
challenge and many others.
This
will result in enhancing people’s lives and health. In conclusion, there are advantages and disadvantages to sending messages to other
life
forms
in outer space. In my opinion, the benefits outweigh the cons as there are numerous harmful issues on
Earth
that need to be solved and with the assistance of the creatures or aliens, we might be able to fix them.
