letter to complain about the noise that was made by the people who lived in block B flats you own. They are doing a considerable amount of noise in front of their building day by day . When they start doing

could produce a lot of dizzy sounds.Unfortunately,

could not happen ,and I am not able to concentrate on my study. As a university student , I need to study a lot and my surrounding

require to be a peaceful environment.Obviously, I understand the working nature of construction but they should use some insulation materials to release less noise into the environment. I hope you could help me with
