The maps below show an industrial area in town of Norbiton, and planned future development of the site
The two maps show a specific area in Norbiton's city in its current form as an industrial space and its proposed expansion for the future.
Overall
,
it is clear that
the plan is to change the industrial field into a suburban space to allow more people to live, have access to farmland, and spin the economy from a different perspective. Currently, Norbiton industrial area consists of only three streets, one roundabout, and many factories, all located in the town. A
river
separates the territory separated by a
river
. There is farmland to the north of the
river
and a city to the south.
According to
the proposal, only the roundabout and the streets will remain at the original site. There will be many significant changes for Norbiton's planned future. All the factories will be demolished to make way for several houses, a playground, a school, a medical centre, and shops will be added.
In addition
, a bridge will be placed across the
river
to reach the farmland, which previously was not occupied, and build more houses on the north
river
.
Additionally
, more streets and one roundabout will be constructed inside the town itself, and more roads and one roundabout will be built in the city itself roundabout will be made. There will,
however
, be nowhere to place the factories in
this
area.
