Your friend has been offered a palce on course at the university where you studied. She would like your advice about finding a place to live

Dear John, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to you regarding the university that I studied at two years ago in Kerman. The college is located 20 kilometres away from the city itself
thus
I had to rent an apartment in the city centre of Kerman in Azadi Bolivar, it was near the bus station and I had easy access to transportation, grocery stores and restaurants nearby.
therefore
I recommend that you get an apartment near Azadi bolivar. I believe that I still have the contact information of the real state that helped me get the apartment, the number is 0098234567, when you called please tell them that I recommended you and they will help you get a proper place near that province. Please be aware that when you are going to the college you will be advised to get cheap flats near the university but don't listen to them, I remember some of my friends rented a flat there and they were very angry about how far they were from city centre and it was unsafe after 9 PM. If there is anything else you wanted to know about Kerman and its university, please don't hesitate to write back to me. Best regards, Ali
