Some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the country where they did their training. Others believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Many
people
assume that
experts
,
such
as engineers and general physicians should work in the
country
where they studied. While some
people
including me believe that they can work freely in other
countries
if they tend.
People
who have a qualification should dwell everywhere they want even though, another
country
paid for their training and education. In
this
article, I will discuss both points of view and give my own perspective. On the one hand, every
country
should provide an educational environment for their residents and it is a basic necessity for each society. Some
experts
could not able to move abroad when they were young and after their qualifications, they can change their locations.
Also
,
people
who are living in developing
countries
maybe do not have great facilities and they can migrate to wherever they want.
For instance
, in Iran, we do not have animal models for our trials. Some developed
countries
give better incomes and salaries to their
experts
and professionals because of that
experts
can leave their own
country
.
On the other hand
, the
country
where
experts
did their training provided them with some factors,
For instance
, they gave them discounts for public transport like buses and underground trains and
also
, the authorities had given them free accommodation while they were studying. But, from my perspective, every
country
should do the statements which I wrote below because of their duties. By way of conclusion,
firstly
, every government should provide facilities for their dwellers and equip every university with cutting-edge machines.
Secondly
, despite some free tickets and accommodations, everybody should be free to choose the
countries
where they want to live.
