Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to inform you that I missed the flight to china because of the irresponsible staff at the airport.
Firstly
, I would like to mention that I bought a ticket on 15th November from your company to take a flight to china to meet my business partners. On the day of travelling when on 18th November I missed my shuttle due to a considerable delay in the luggage checking unit. As usual, I arrived at the airport much time earlier than they mention in the notice but I could not pass my belongings through the checking unit because of lacking staff members.
This
happened entirely due to the malfunctioning of the process. It is kindly requested to change my ticket to a departure after 23rd November by considering my circumstance. It is highly appreciated if to return the money if it is possible. Thank you for your favourable reply. Yours faithfully, Sajith Kariyawasam
