Dear Sir/Madame,
I am writing
this
letter because this
morning I saw your job advertised while I was reading the newspaper. I'm interested in the appliance in the informatic sector. I am a graduate and keen to learn more about industrial technology. Recently, I have worked for a software agency in Dubai, but I am probably going to move to New York by the end of this
month to end my double degree in the communication of complex systems instead
of always making online conversations with my professor. In addition
, I would like to inform you that three years ago, I was employed by a calling company in order to manage some websites on their own. If you are interested in contacting me, you can also
answer this
letter with your response by the end of December.
Looking forward to hearing you soon,
best regards.

Structure your letter
A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:
- A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
- The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
- A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)
When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.
All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
