due to mismanagement by the airport authority.
First
and foremost, the IGI airport is the busiest during early morning hours and the lack of personnel to handle mass crowds aggravates the situation to a gravel level.
This
exactly happened to me when I reached the security check counter, there was no attendant to give the security level clearance for me to move ahead with other formalities. And, when the staff came, there were only a few minutes left before the
flight
departure. I somehow managed to reach the boarding area on time but the attendants did not allow me to get onto the
flight
.
This
incident has impacted severely my work as I had to attend an important meeting with one of the stakeholders in Canada. Because of the severe mismanagement at your end, I missed a golden opportunity at work.
This
kind of service was not expected from a reputed and famous Airport. I would urge you to refund the ticket amount as a matter of compensation. I hope you will take an action on
this
