Rich countries often give financial aid to poor countries, but it does not solve poverty. So rich countries should give other types of help to poor countries rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Another way developed states can help less developed nations
is to offer educational,social and financial advice to governments overseas. Because poor nations
usually suffer from deterioration, and political issues, comprehensive consultation will probably help them to rely on themselves and end severe suffering for people living in war areas. Not only does providing consultation help poor nations
, but indeed it gives those researchers and economists that will be sent to assist from developed nations
