gave me a special card , which I can obtain a special discount rate during my travel. Unfortunately, your department blocked my card

month due to some system errors . So I paid more money on day to day basis and I was not sure whom should I contact to solve my problem. Luckily , my card was activated again automatically

morning and I can able to use it .

However

, I felt uncomfortable due to a lack of customer service . I would like you to improve customer care services in the future

as establishing a new call centre or email . It may increase not only the customer experience but

Nowadays, globally is a big issues environmental problem. However, this issues pop- up day by day. Thus, I argued that, the affecting main this situation people are using lots of vehicles. Nevertheless, I totally agree with the above statement. Due to, one thing is within short period time can sole this issues. On the other hand, when fuel price increased society will move alternative source of energy. In this my opinion, I am going to explain with relevant examples further paragraphs.
