You use public transport and have been facing issues. Write a letter to the public transport authorities. In your letter include: Why public transport is important to you What problem you face Suggest what can be done to improve public transport
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing
this
letter to express my concern relating to the train service , which I always used to travel daily.
I am a university student and travelling by train is the most suitable option for me because of its affordable price .Moreover
, the station is also
not far from my place and I can able to walk to reach there. Apart from that ,my university also
gave me a special card , which I can obtain a special discount rate during my travel.
Unfortunately, your department blocked my card last
month due to some system errors . So I paid more money on day to day basis and I was not sure whom should I contact to solve my problem. Luckily , my card was activated again automatically this
morning and I can able to use it . However
, I felt uncomfortable due to a lack of customer service .
I would like you to improve customer care services in the future such
as establishing a new call centre or email . It may increase not only the customer experience but also
a good reputation for your service.
I hope my suggestion is helpful and look forward to hearing from you .
Yours faithfully,
