In your letter introduce yourself explain what is wrong with the furniture say what action you would like the landlord to take
Dear Mr Renold
I am writing
this
letter to bring your attention towards the situation at the apartment that my family rented from you at 12 Brunel st in Toronto.
I am John, the eldest son of Mr David Malan. I am writing this
on behalf of my father as he is busy and not able to give time to such
trivial matters. I would like to request you to visit us sometime and see the condition of the furniture you provided a month back.
We are not satisfied with the sofa, and the dining table set that was provided as all the chairs are falling apart, and when we sit on the sofa we can feel the springs. Unfortunately, this
was not something we expected from a fully furnished house.
The images that were shown of the interior of the house were also
different from what we got; I would like to request you kindly replace some of the defective items from the house and replace them with usable furniture.
Awaiting your response to set up a visit as early as possible.
Yours sincerely,
Mr John MalanSubmitted by pramey.j.j on
