You have just won two tickets to a concert and want to invite your friend to go with you. Write a letter to your friend. In the letter Give details about the concert. How you won the tickets. Why you decided to give it to your friend.
Dear Vishali,
How have you been? I got your letter yesterday, I am feeling elated to know that you are getting summer holidays for 2 weeks. Your timing could not better because I won two tickets to the A.R Rehman concert which is holding in Toronto in the coming month and I want you to come with me.
I am really excited to invite you with me. The concert is taking place at Lakeshore stadium on the 3rd of June at 7 PM.
Although
I could not even think to buy those tickets as they were very expensive. Last
night, Mirchi radio FM organise a competition in which competitors has to guess some songs through their background instrumentals. Additionally
, I called them and eventually it went through. I gave them all the right answers and they awarded me these concert tickets.
We are friends for the last
6 years now and you always have a keen interest in music. I could not think of a better person to go with other than you. Moreover
, your Toronto trip keeps on getting delayed due to your university. I would love that if you can come. Waiting for your next
letter.
Regards
