to you to complain regarding the problems that I am facing at my dormitory on the University premises. A new restaurant opened

to my dorm on 1 January 2023. It operates mostly at night and during its operation, music is played out loud, which is disturbing the students at that late hour. Students study late at night for their examinations, classroom activities etc. and are not able to focus on their work because of the noise from the restaurant
