Dear Ahmed, It has been a long time since we
last
were in touch, but I haven't forgotten the memorable times we spent together. I am writing you
this
letter to give you my experience with residing during university. I had been living in the compound near the university until
last
year as it was my fourth year. My building was on the opposite side of the university’s administration building. If I were you, I would check the university’s community group on Facebook because sometimes students publish advertisements asking for roommates.
In addition
, there are a lot of websites that list studios for rent. Once you access the website and log in, you can narrow your search by choosing the campus location. Be careful while renting the accommodation you like as some of my friends got scammed by fake ads that requested a security deposit before viewing the place. You always need to read the contract before signing and requesting to meet your roommates. I can't wait to hear back from you. Best wishes, Mahmoud

To score effectively on your IELTS exam, you should make an effort to implement short concise sentences coupled with linking words.

Almost every sentence in your essay should have a linking word of some sort.

In fact, the only sentences that can omit linking words are your background sentence and thesis.
