In the current 4.0 era, socially become more developed, and mental energy should care for more and more because people are influenced by society . So , mental relapse is becoming grow very fast. Actually, there are many agents including the forgiving's internal organs and external factors. We will talk about the gentle's internal organs, if you think the patient suffers from ill health even though they didn't do anything wrong, you should change that sense because we rarely have a meal full of nutrients or do exercises, that will lead to our well-being will gradually decrease. If you do not know, physical energy has a very close relationship to mental strength. I will mention external factors like family, friends, or colleagues. They are people who communicate with patients every day, especially family affects them most. If we have a happy family, we are always in a happy state because we receive full love from our parents and loved ones.
On the contrary
, we rarely have joy and are always in a mentally unstable state. That will be very terrible. I am not an expert in psychology so I can give the best solution for patients but in my point of view, these solutions may help you feel more comfortable when you're sick. When you are under the pressure,

state, you have to keep your mind at ease by not doing or thinking about anything. If it's convenient, take a nap and when you wake up you'll feel better. But in case, your disability becomes very bad, I must see your doctor for the best treatment If you think you have symptoms of mental ailment, try to improve it the way I mentioned. You shouldn't ignore it. I know the majority of us always have a sense like 'It's OK. It will be over after a while.' but it's very wrong. You should care about yourself more and more before it's too late.
