Dear Mark Davies,
As a loyal customer, I would like to bring to it your attention the recent event that occurred at your Mark
Hotel
in London. The hotel
experience was not pleasant and I am not happy at all with the service offered by your staff.
Firstly
, We stay at your hotel
as it is been rated as the best accommodation in London. Whereas I noticed the bed sheets were not changed for many days. In addition
to this
, the room smells bad. I asked your staff to fix this
immediately but no one responded back to me.
Secondly
, During lunch, I was given a half-cooked steak by your chef Munzie and I politely informed them to cook better and give us back. Whereas he was so rude to us and did not accept our request. I never experienced this
previously at your place or any other hotel
I stayed in so far.
I strongly suggest you solve this
issue and have a better place to serve your customers. Looking forward to hearing from you on this
