Dear Mark, I want to tell you about a new place where I have recently moved in. As you know, I have found a new job in the city. The commute time from my previous place to the office was about one hour,
hence
I decided to look for something closer to the office.  After a few viewings, I found
this
apartment. It is a perfect fit for me. It's situated on the ground floor. I have a living room, combined with the kitchen, and two bedrooms. I plan to use one of them as my home office.
In addition
to
this
, I
finally
have a place to store my bike. Overall, I'm very happy with
this
choice. I plan to organise a housewarming party sometime
next
month. Please let me know when you are available. And
then
I'll choose the date and time. I'll be very happy to see you there! Best regards, V

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
