With deforestation, urban development and illegal hunting, many animal species are becoming endangered and some are even facing extinction. Do you think it is important to protect animals? What can be done to protect animal?

More and more
animals
are losing their homes and dying due to the destruction of their habitats and elicited hunting. Because of
this
, populations of certain
animals
are rapidly decreasing, leaving them endangered while others are facing extinction.
This
essay will argue for the importance of
animals
and what can be done to save them. As the human population increases, more and more resources are required in order to provide shelter to the population, leading to deforestation and the destruction and death of habitats and
animals
.
This
occurs as a consequence of society taking the value of wildlife for granted. In my opinion,
animals
are of great importance due to what they provide for both humanity and the world itself. One of the uses
animals
provide to humans is as pets. All over the globe, we are able to find millions of folk who own pets due to the companionship they find from the
animals
. An example would be the dog and how they mean so much to pet owners, as an outcome, people treat them as family and like dressing them up.
In addition
to being used for companionship,
animals
are
also
used as a source of food. If all types of
animals
were to go extinct,
this
would lead to many issues in society and the surroundings.
This
is because
animals
play an important role in creating a healthy ecosystem, if they were to all die
this
would have a domino effect on the habitat and would lead to negative repercussions
such
as folks not being able to get the necessary protein in order to grow.
Lastly
, it is important to ensure that future generations are able to enjoy the natural world and the species that live in them as well.
Hence
, I believe it is important to protect
animals
as they are able to provide companionship to society, are used as a source of food, and are a necessity in keeping a healthy ecosystem for future generations to enjoy. If we are to protect the
animals
from facing endangerment and extinction, some processes are required to be used to protect the current populace of
animals
. Processes
such
as a protected wildlife park can be used. The protected park would be a protected place that contains endangered species as well as those facing extermination. The place would allow for the
animals
to roam and breed around the habitat, where no being can affect the wildlife. Another potential process that could be used, is captive breeding programs. The programmes would capture
animals
that are close to extermination and place them in surroundings where they are forced to breed several kids and
then
reintroduced into their natural surroundings.
In addition
to captive breeding, the world could re-plant trees in order to regrow the natural habitats of the
animals
. Overall, if these programmes are put into use, I believe they will be able to protect and save
animals
. In conclusion, I believe
animals
play a pivotal role in the terms of the environment and civilization and
as a result
, humanity must protect the nearly destroyed species.
