Some people think that public libraries are not necessary whereas others believe that they are essential for people. To what extent do you agree with this statement?

Nowadays , people often argued that public
library
 isn't essential in our daily life. In my opinion , I consider it useful and indispensable . Some elaborate reasons as well as my thoughts will be highlighted in the write-up. One primary reason is incapable of owning all the books that are needed. Since some of the documents are read just to kill time or for short-term use,
such
 as doing research . In
this
 ,case the public
library
 plays an important role , not only because there are loads of books for us to acquire knowledge of but
also
 as a way to start a habit.
In addition
, some public libraries are built in advanced structure so it soon becomes an attraction too .
For instance
, the public
library
 located in Taipei city which is known as Taipei Public
Library
 Beitou Branch has been built in an eco-friendly way and was honoured in 2008. Lots of visitors saw the news and came for a tour. In
this
 case , it
also
 boosts the tourist industry.
However
,
on the other hand
 , due to the free facilities and air conditioner , a minority of people take advantage of these benefits, they ought to spend almost 8 hours there , which brings inconvenience to those who require the seat.
Furthermore
, some residents even bring domestic trash in order to save the payment on buying plastic bags. It's undeniable that public services are sometimes overused by people with bad intentions. By all ways of conclusion, it seems that public
library
 is a double-edged sword.
Nevertheless
, in my perspective , I still believe its beneficial to the mentioned advantages.
