Some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the country where they did their training. Others believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

There are conflicting views on where advanced-skill individuals should
work
. In
this
essay, I will discuss both views and give my opinion.
To begin
with, some groups believe that high-skill workers
such
as doctors and engineers should
work
in the country where they receive professional training since it is necessary for them to contribute to the community in return for the financial support offered by it. As a result
, when they graduate, they should contribute to the nation to pay back the fund from the taxpayers.
However
, some others and I argue that professional individuals should be free to choose where to

because it benefits themselves and society as a whole. From a personal aspect, by working in highly developed countries, these professionals can earn a decent salary and achieve a better
work
-life balance. From the aspect of the whole society, by working in countries where the industry is highly advanced, these professional workers can be exposed to the most advanced science and technology,
therefore
improving their knowledge and skills significantly so that they are able to better contribute to society. In conclusion,
although
some people do not agree that high-skill workers should be free to
work
anywhere, I believe
this
choice is beneficial.
