 who still cannot feed themselves all over the world. In my opinion, many factors can cause a lack of

, and we require different strategies to tackle

 problem. Technological developments can't solve the

 problem once and for all. Usually, an advanced invention happens in a developed

, not a developing
country
, but the

 shortage often exists in a developing
country
. In

 case, the advanced yields in the agriculture industry are unable to reach the needy population. For developing

, the cost of importing

 can largely be over their budgets. The final result is that

 in these
countries
 are still starving, while

 from the developed world wasting their

Furthermore
, the root reasons for famine can be the poor quality of the soil, lack of water, extreme weather condition, and so on, which are still uncurable today. As to the actions we can take to mitigate the

 problem, here are several possible suggestions.

 that have an advanced agriculture system should launch international aid for

 in need around the world.
