Many people go through life doing work that they hate or have no talent for. Why does this happen? What are the consequences of this situation?

In today’s world, there are a lot of
people
who are not satisfied with their jobs or
work
in fields where they do not have relevant skills.
This
essay will discuss the possible causes and outcomes of
this
trend. In the cutting-edge world, the reasons why many fields are occupied by employees with a lack of intention and dexterity are multiple. First and foremost, in some countries, there is an insufficiency of job opportunities in the realm where citizens tend to
work
or have mastery.
People
who are skilled in certain professions,
such
as pianists, actresses, and models, may struggle to find well-paying jobs, forcing them to switch their major to one where they can make adequate money.
Secondly
, since
people
have some responsibilities, a vast majority of them might not have the possibility to change the field that they chose in childhood. To be more precise, sometimes parents force children to study in certain areas, like becoming a doctor or teacher, in which they have no interest or talent. Since individuals realize their parent’s dream, they are not likely to change their major, which might have adverse effects on their lives.
People
who do not
work
in a place where they are delighted or talented might not relish life fully. As employees spend more time in the workplace in today's fast-paced world, they should do whatever vocation they desire.
Furthermore
, some occupations require creativity and passion.
In other words
, some areas may remain underdeveloped because employees do not apply their full creativity and intent to their
work
. In conclusion, nowadays, a majority of
people
work
in positions where they are not pleased or capable. The reasons why
people
pursue
this
path are various,
such
as a lack of job opportunities and obligation in front of parents. It should be highlighted that it affects
people
negatively in terms of enjoying their lives and developing certain fields.
