You visit a sports centre regularly, and there is a problem with the changing rooms in it. You have complained about it several times but with no success. Write a letter to the manager of the sports centre. In your letter, •describe what the problem with the changing rooms is •say what happened the last time you complained •explain what you want the manager to do
Dear Sir,
I am writing
this
letter to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the changing rooms in your sports centre.
My name is Praveena and I attend basket balls sessions in the downtown sports centre every week. Lately, I have observed that most of the lockers in the changing room are broken and were not in a condition to lock and keep our belongings safe. I have not only written a complaint about the pathetic situation of the rooms but also
attached pictures of them and dropped it in the grievances box .
After receiving my concern about the changing rooms, the staff tried to resolve the issue by merely adding plasters to the lockers. After using them for a week I could see that the plasters were peeling off and to my surprise my locker door was open and my phone was missing when I came back from my sports class.
I would like to request you to please resolve this
issue by replacing the lockers with new ones rather than giving temporary solutions with adhesives.
Yours sincerely,
PraveenaSubmitted by praveenareddy.p on
