Dear Sir/Madam My name is Oleksandr Kholodnyi and I am writing to you to ask for help. I am a client of your airline company and had a bad experience at the airport in Calgary yesterday. I lose my flight
due to
a problem with the staff computer at the check-in desk. The system too long was printing my boarding pass and I was not on time at my gate. I tried to ask for help from airport members but they advised me to write here. Because of these awful circumstances I skipped my friends' wedding ceremony and spent two times much money to get it five hours later. I am going to ask you about the procedure of compensation ticket price and a bonus awarded for horrible service. Please, contact me at
this
address as soon as possible.
Otherwise
, I will have to apply to the court for justice. Best regards, Oleksandr Kholodnyi

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
