Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to share my experience with the Summer Continental Cooking course, that I took at your institute recently.
Firstly
, I would like to appreciate how the whole sessions were planned in an organised and at convenient times for working women
as well as
housewives. These classes became
further
interesting because of the weekly competitions held by the training chefs. Even though
this
was a short-term course for only 2 days, I had an opportunity to learn some main cuisines like Pasta with Alfredo Sauce, Italian Sausage, Russian Salad and Tiramisu as part of the learning plan. So, even if it was a minor course the chefs were so patient and friendly to guide each and every aspect of the dish from Cutting to serving on a plate. It was a great opportunity to learn
such
cuisines that I never tried. But, I would like to suggest you conduct
such
short cookery courses once in a
while
for baking as well. I would appreciate it if you take my suggestion for any upcoming classes. Yours sincerely, Varsha.
