 era, we can find a lot of these issues in our society. It can be refuted that sometimes a son can work in the same place as his father
due to
 the same family culture and interests that they shared.
This
 essay will discuss the advantages and disadvantages when we are in the same working area as our family.
To begin
 with, the advantage of working in the same area as our family members is we can share insight about the job.
For instance
, the family member that gets in earlier to the office can share about the environment, working culture and even tips and tricks with another so they can give a better performance. To illustrate, my aunty is a
teacher
 for 23 years now and she has a daughter who just graduated with an education bachelor. My cousin chose to follow her mother's path, so today she is a
teacher
 in the same school as my aunty. It became a mutual relationship where my aunty told her about school culture and how to be a good
teacher
. And my cousin who learned more than the other new lecturer become a good representative
teacher
 and make her mother proud.
On the other hand
, if we share the same office with our family
then
 there is a chance that we can be unprofessional. Some people may bring family issues to the office, which can disturb the working performance, especially when they are in the same team as their family. So it is important to separate the family problem from our profession.
