You are due to move into a rented apartment next month but you will not be able to because you have some problems. Write a letter to the course provider. In your letter, explain your situation describe your problems tell him/her when you think you can move in

Dear Abhinav, I am writing
this
letter to inform you that there is a delay in my plan to move into your apartment 608 of Amaya Towers next month. Unfortunately,
due to
medical issues, I will not be able to shift before the 5th of March. As you already know, currently I am residing in another city with my family and my idea was to shift alone and settle down first before migrating the entire family here. But, I came to know today that my wife needs to undergo a minor surgery urgently. The thing is, with
such
a health condition, she will not be able to take care of two kids alone.
Moreover
, the doctor has suggested that she needs to take rest for at least 15 days after the surgery. Under these circumstances, I am left with no option rather than to stay with them for a
while
. Anyways, now my plan is changed. I will be shifting with my whole family together after a month. I hope you'll consider my situation and agree on signing a new rent deed. I am ready to bear the overhead costs incurred. I am sorry for an inconvenience to you, Yours sincerely, Rubina Gill
