In recent times, the world populations have been under massive tension
due to
different crises between
Health
, climate,poverty and natural disasters,
Such
factors, definitely, increase
stress
and anxiety in any population.
This
essay will explain those factors
along with
their effect on societies and some suggestions that will reduce
such
impacts. First of all poverty, poverty tends to be the most significant issue that increases the
stress
level in any society, adults people's priority is to provide requirements of daily life
such
as food, housing and so on, as they find challenges in providing any of these requirements the result will be anxiety and disappointment. Another factor is public
health
problems, latterly, we all suffered Covid19, which made an immense impact on everybody's life .
In addition

health
and deprivation, we have an environmental change which
also
brings a tough challenge to all humankind, authorities and the public as well keep thinking about the consequences of global warming that results in a variety of crises
such
as floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, etc.

, should concentrate on fixing those issues in many ways starting from imposing laws against emissions to reduce them as much as possible,
besides
global warming governments should find satisfactory solutions for the economy to increase living standards, another suggestion that makes people less stressful is resolving

issues by reforming all medical aspects and increasing the quality of
health
services.

but not least, even though the advancements in life we achieved, humanity still faces many challenges that make us worried and stressed,
