Many people believed that, children should avoid watching television because it could bring various negative impacts, however opponents think that television could bring many benefits to the children. In my opinion, there are more disadvantages compared to the benefits because spending too much time in front of the screen could disrupt children from spending quality time with their family and also it could bring health related complication in the long term.

Nowadays, thanks to the progress of the Internet, numerous tasks such as shopping, working, and communicating are now made possible without the need for face-to-face interaction. Despite several negative effects, I believe that this is overall a positive development.

Whilst certain people contend the notion that in order to make people healthier, the number of sports amenities should be increased, others refuse to settle with this proposal as they have gravitated towards the effectiveness of other alternatives such as raising awareness and diet control measures. In my view, boosting public health is a multifaceted phenomenon with a negligible correlation between the number of sports activities.
