as radar,satellite and data from drifting buoys to provide an accurate forecast after analysis.
Firstly

Synoptic charts are created using atmospheric information from satellites ,radar data from the earth and oceanic changes from drifting buoys as a detailed report.
Computers thoroughly analyze images , which are provided through satellite photos,radar screens,and synoptic charts to create a detailed record . This
