There is an argument about whether
people

tend to own a

or choose to
rent

a place to live.
This
Linking Words
essay would discuss both views and give my point of view. From my personal perspective. I think
people
Use synonyms
should own their property than
rent
Use synonyms
a
house
Use synonyms
. The price of the property is higher than ever before. If
people
Use synonyms
are not buying a
house
Use synonyms
now, they cannot purchase a
house
Use synonyms
10 years later.
For example
Linking Words
, my parents buy a
house
Use synonyms
in Taipei a decade ago, the price is lower than 1000 million.
However
Linking Words
, the price is increasing year by year. Now, you barely can own a
house
Use synonyms
to live in when you only have 1000 million. As times go by,
people

have fewer and fewer options to select the proper land for them to live. In
this
Linking Words
case, I believe that owning a place is an important thing.
On the other hand
Linking Words
, there are several disadvantages for
people

to consider for renting a
house
Use synonyms
. The owner can have their
house

back if they choose to. Even if
people

pay their
rent
Use synonyms
, it cannot provide a long-term promise for

.
In other words
Linking Words
,
people

can lose a place to live at any second.

That is

a serious problem for

to think about. In conclusion,
although

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
