Dear Jeevika, I hope you are staying healthy, as I heard you had the flu
last
week. I was
also
informed that you are looking to get a driving license. I think it is an excellent idea as it is hard to rely on public transport plus having your vehicle

. When I got my driver's license, I enrolled in a driving
school
, which helped me immensely as I had no driving experience in India.  The name of my driving
school
was "New Way Drivers' situated in Brampton. The instructors are helpful and have numerous years of experience in driving. One thing I liked about them was that they focused on each student and did not run after money like other driving schools;

Structure your letter

A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:

  • A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
  • The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
  • A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)

When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.

All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
