The prevention of health problems is more important than treatment.Government funding should reflect that. Do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, with all the challenges and diseases in life, health issues become more complicated and
also
so expensive to treat. that's why the government should look seriously at moving their funding in a different direction which is focusing more on the prevention of health problems. I do agree with that. When we give more attention to why we have health problems than to how we should treat them, we will be for sure more proactive, and have a clear view of the next steps and what needs to be done.
For example
, governments should put restrictions on the selling tobacco and put a huge
amount
of tax on it, to make it difficult for anyone to buy
such
an awful product, and that for sure shall reduce the
amount
of lung cancer cases in the nation and
also
enhance the quality of life for all.
