It is clear that
the number
of new shops
declined rapidly from 8500 in 2011 to 4000 in 2012, which dropped by more than half. While
the number
of shop closures was only seen a slight decrease, which is 500.
According to
the line graph, the number
of openings reached a peak point at about 7000 in 2013 and reached a bottom point at about 500 in 2015, with some big fluctuation. Whereas
, in 2015, the number
of shop closures was 4000 which was higher than its counterpart.
