curfew situation is imposed in certain areas which involves violence, homeless people and drug addicts roaming around. There have been incidents in the past where the younger generation is at high risk and being targeted for stealing or even predators for sexual harassment. These moment restrictions are certainly implemented considering the safety of the teenagers
