You travelled by a long distance bus recently and your suitcase was damaged.
Write a letter to the bus company. In your letter
•Inform the bus company of when and to where you travelled
•Describe your suitcase and what happened to it
•Explain why the company should pay for a new suitcase
letter in regard to an issue that happened to me recently during the use of your transport services. My name is Gonzalo Ezequiel Fuentes I am a Collangatta resident and I am a frequent user of transport.
Yesterday afternoon at 17:05 pm I took bus number 85 from Coolanggata's terminal which connects Gold Coast- Cairn on the trajectory the bus did many stop all across the coast where it was a big flow of people ascending and descending all the time. when I arrived in Cairns I noticed that my suitcase was damaged, it is a Billabong red and white limited edition which has an enormous affective value to me and it got a big crack on the right top cornet going all the way down to the bottom of it.
So what I expect from your insurance company is a replacement of the exact same suitcase which means the same colour, size and model. I will not accept any money as a refund.
I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
faithfully.
Gonzalo Ezequiel Fuentes.

The Greeting
Depending on the style and aim of the letter, you will need to adapt your greeting.
Always start an informal letter in the ways:
Dear + name
Hi / Hello + name
‘Dear...’ is more appropriate, so stick with this.
For a formal letter there are two options for the greeting:
Use Dear Sir or Madam if you don’t know the name of the person you are writing to.
Use Dear + surname if you do know their name, e.g. Dear Mr Smith or Dear Mrs Jones.
It is true that family affects children's development significantly. However, some people harbour a belief that the world outside the family impacts the youth even greater. From my perspective, I am inclined to stand with the opinion that the influence outside the family results in bigger effects as the time of leaving home is generally longer in one's life.
Globalization has made it possible for the agricultural sector to expand beyond the boundaries and trade through many countries. A group of people believe that consuming locally grown foods is much more beneficial both from environmental and economic points of view. I think while eating local foods only can improve internal capabilities, the diversity of these products is utterly important in certain areas.
Nowadays, many people decide to spend a period of their time outside the country, to live, work, or try a new experience. It is not always an easy decision, and it is common to feel homesickness. This feeling is normal, especially if you are living in another environment, outside your comfort zone. However, everyone can avoid this problem with time, re-building a completely new life, from friendships to habits.
Many of us, if not all, want to have children at some point in our lives. Some choose to do this relatively sooner while others prefer to become parents at an older age. The emotional and financial aspect of this trend takes precedence over the few drawbacks it has to offer.
