is to acknowledge the receipt of your letter dated 1st March 2023. I write in response to your complaint about the noise coming from my flat. Thank you for bringing it to my notice.
This
unusually loud sound is a result of my nephews and nieces who came to spend some holidays at my place with their cousins. They are 6 in number including my own children and they are always playing various games and running around the house, hence
the noise. Also
, they sometimes increase the volume of the television so loud that they would hardly be able to hear themselves thereby shouting on top of their voices to communicate with one another.
Nevertheless
, I am deeply sorry for this
disturbance and inconvenience my family and I have cost you. It was not an intentional act, please accept our apology.
That being said, I have made plans to stop the noise and the inconvenience by engaging them all during the day with some academic exercises to keep them busy. Also
