Nowadays, the advocacy of staying fit and healthy is quite trendy,

, most of the public believes that riding a bicycle is a better option for good health and sustainable living, though it is still being ignored in other countries because it is less accessible and prone to accidents in a busy highway. Government should motivate the citizen by sharing awareness about the numerous benefits physical and environmental,
as well as
building bicycle paths to avoid street tragedies. On one hand, biking is a form of exercise which provides countless advantages for healthy living,

, it is a cardio exercise and makes the heart function well to prevent cardiovascular diseases, it

strengthens the leg muscle, loses weight and lower cholesterol level.

, it reduces carbon footprint when riding the bike,

of commuting using cars which releases green gas and harms the surroundings.

, most countries are still out of favour with using bicycle since it is less accessible,

, students prefer to commute on the air-conditioned bus going to school, which is way faster and more comfortable than riding a bike in the hot weather and it will take much time to reach the school.

, most places have no path for bikes so they tend to merge with the cars on the streets, which is likely to cause disaster. In order, for the public to eventually encourage biking, the authority should first build pathways for cycling to avoid any accidents, and to spread knowledge about the merits of cycling to humans and nature. In, conclusion, with the proper measure and education in due course the public will embrace biking heading to a healthier lifestyle and environment.
