The diagram below shows the process for recycling plastic bottles.
The diagram illustrates how
plastic
bottles
are recycled.
Overall
,
it is clear that
the
process
has nine stages, beginning with people throwing away
plastic
bottles
in the rubbish and ending with producing several products by recycling
plastic
bottles
.
To begin
the
process
, people throw away
plastic
bottles
in the recycling rubbish. After that,
plastic
bottles
are delivered by truck to a recycling centre for dividing usable
bottles
and unusable
bottles
are rejected.
Next,
plastic
bottles
are pressed as a huge block,
then
it is ground by a crushing machine into a container to wash them. In the next stage of the
process
,
plastic
pallets are transferred into a machine which makes the
plastic
to be smaller form. In the seventh stage, pallets are heated and they become raw materials that are ready to prepare for processing.
Then
, all of the raw materials are brought to product processing
such
as t-shirts, pencils, food containers and bags and these goods loop into the beginning of the
process
again. The
process
is environmentally friendly for the globe, being a closed loop where
plastic
could bring to the recycling
process
with no pollution and reducing trash area. The diagram demonstrates clearly how to add value to the
plastic
bottle which is renewable and
also
profitable.
