is considered to be a controversial topic in recent times. Most people are in support of the idea that art
should be a compulsory topic in institutes, while
others are in view, that it is a waste of time
and money.
Most families in Pakistan have a very conservative mindset. The reasons behind that, are their financial circumstances, which do not allow them to spend their earnings on learning these skills. Rather they prefer, that same should be devoted to such
skills and education, which is beneficial for acquiring a good job. Because of their limited source of income, they live hand to mouth, so they don’t have space for bearing extra expenses. Also
in such
families, the burden of responsibilities is laid on the shoulders of children from a very young age. For instance
, a salaried person would prefer to spend his earnings on the daily needs of the household, rather than learning these skills. Hence

on the other hand

is a vital element of life
and should be focused on, from an early age. Art
covers a lot of things like paintings, sketching, music, calligraphy etc. It allows oneself to express your hidden talent and picture your thoughts. The devotion and dedication towards doing what you love, also
