Some people believe that there should be fixed punishment for each type of crime. Others argue that the circumstances of an individual’s crimes and the motivation for committing it should always be taken into account when deciding on the punishment. Discuss both views, give your opinions.

Getting punished for the thing that someone has done wrong is a good option for them to teach the lesson. But saying that for each and every
crime
 the
punishment
 should be the same is not a valid point.
Punishment
 should be
according to
 the
crime
 and intentional of the criminal behind it.
Firstly
, people committing crimes from stealing to murder should not be treated equally and their
punishment
 should be the same is not a fair call for me. For ,instance if a person gets $1000 dollar time for stealing something and is not imprisoned and same will go to the murder case is not fair.
Then
 the murderer will not learn a lesson and do
this
 type of intense
crime
 again.
On the other hand
, listening to the person who commits any
crime
 and
then
 decides
punishment
accordingly
 is a good call. If something wrong happens unintentionally and there is no meaning behind the
crime
then
 the law must give some compensation
while
 announcing
punishment
. But from my viewpoint
punishment
 should be
according to
 the
crime
 the person commits and for each and every
crime
 it will not be the same. In , the conclusion I would say that by doing so the law can be enforced properly and people learn lessons from the plantations that they have to fill for the wrong indeed that they have done and learn a lesson from that
