Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The table gives information about lunch and
dinner
prices
at a little restaurant in a downtown business area. It can be seen that the
price
of
dinner
is the most expensive of all days of the week, and both meals are sold high on weekdays and
prices
will be lower on weekends. Starting from Monday to Wednesday, the
price
of lunch rose continuously from $2400 and peaked at $2595 on Wednesday,
then
fell slightly to $2375 on Thursday and increased again to $2500 on Friday. On weekends, lunch
prices
dropped sharply and were lowest on Sundays at $1550, which was only about 60% of the highest. Meanwhile, the
price
of the
dinner
was a little different, the
price
of Monday night was $3,623, increasing slightly to $3850 on Tuesday and plummeting to $3445 on Wednesday,
then
increased dramatically again in the next few days and reached peaks at $4350 on Friday night. On weekends,
dinner
prices
dropped sharply and the cheapest was Sunday night at $2450, just over half of the top
price
a little bit.
