Glancing from the chart reveals that in the first three-month period, the questions that were received by people slightly increased from approximately 400 to 800. Next,
the number of telephones received marginally fluctuated to 1000 in March while
letters and emails negligibly dropped from about 800 to 700.
Another notable point is that the enquiries that were received by person surpassed the number of telephones between March and April with 800 to 1200 and the telephone remained unchanged respectively. Furthermore
