According to
the yearly ranges from 1996 to 1999, it shows a rapid and consistently maintaining growth from the
residents
to the city centre and
non-
residents
also
have an increasing chart during these years but lower compared to the
residents
. Between 2000 and 2002, the
non-
residents
are in equilibrium
while
the counterpart is showing a sudden drop by a huge gap having an average range compared to each and every year. From 2003 onwards the average number of journeys per day is very low compared to the prior ranges, with the
residents
having a slight top-notch in 2003 and 2004 and
non-
residents
slightly back on the top-up in 2005.
Overall
we can see that the average number of journeys per day of the
residents
has decreased from 1996 to 2005
while
the counterpart has a steady amplitude going towards the right direction but decreasing within a sudden drop from 2003 onwards.
