it is important for people to take risks both in thier professional and personal lives do you think the advantages of taking risks outweigh the disadvantages

Risks
are an important part of
life
, taking a risky
decision
can be a challenging task but the rewards
at the end
of it are worth the hassle. A person has to take many
risks
in his
life
which can be regarding their academics, carrier, job or personal
decision
in
life
. In my opinion, it is important for a person to take
risks
in their professional and personal lives, taking risky decisions can open different opportunities in one's
life
.
For example
last
year a close friend of mine took the important
decision
of quitting his engineering job to start his own company it was a delicate
decision
but after a year of hard ,work he built his own automobile manufacturing plant. If he had not taken the dicey
decision
of quitting his job to follow his passion he would have never known how much he can achieve. Risk should be taken
while
making decisions but it should be calculated and examined thoroughly, before making a perilous
decision
one should analyze the drawbacks calculate the losses that will occur if it fails and can I bare the losses or repercussions. I think that the benefits of taking
risks
overpower the disadvantages, if a
decision
is right it will bring lots of opportunities and benefits from it, but if it turns out to be the wrong
decision
it will teach a person what not to do and help him gain valuable experience. And by taking calculated
risks
one can avoid great losses.
