Although
 I understand the rationality of separated life, I would still say meeting
colleagues

work
 will have positive impacts.
To begin
 with, participating in parties or

 with peers outside of regular
work
 hours can expand one's social circle. It can be challenging to meet new
people
 and make friends after starting
work
, especially for those who live alone. Socialization with
colleagues
 provides them with a chance to reach out to more

, have fun, and gradually relieve their tiredness and loneliness.
Furthermore
, regularly meeting with
work
 partners is essential for building a harmonious
work
 environment.
People
 may not know how to treat their
colleagues
 properly without understanding their backgrounds, personalities, and interests.
However

such
 social
events
 can break the ice. Chatting at parties provides
people
 with at least a brief idea of their
colleagues
' personality types, making them less likely to offend each other.
People

 tend to have more motivation and collaboration when facing difficult

 situations.
Finally
, regularly holding social
events
 can help alleviate the pressure that comes with

 dominating the majority of modern
people
's lives. Many individuals become accustomed to these burdens and struggle to find ways to cope.

 as climbing hills, picnicking, and exercising offer them a chance to relieve themselves and have a more positive attitude. In conclusion, I firmly believe that attending colleague meetings is beneficial for both personal and

-related aspects.
