Currently, the Norbiton industrial area
is located on the east of the town and there is a roundabout that connects a southern and an eastern road. Additionally
, Many factories are built beside the eastern road and roundabout. To the north of the Norbiton industrial area
, there is farmland which is opposite the river.
According to
the proposal, only the roundabout and river will remain at the original site. However
, all the factories are demolished to make way for several houses by road, a school in the east of the area
, and a playground beside the river. A shop and medical centre will be added as well. Moreover
